यह आरती धन और सौभाग्य की देवी माता लक्ष्मी की स्तुति करती है। उन्हें उमा, रमा और ब्रह्माणी के रूप में जग की माता कहा गया है, जो अपने भक्तों को ऋद्धि-सिद्धि, सुख-सम्पत्ति और सद्गुण प्रदान करती हैं।

यह आरती धन और सौभाग्य की देवी माता लक्ष्मी की स्तुति करती है। उन्हें उमा, रमा और ब्रह्माणी के रूप में जग की माता कहा गया है, जो अपने भक्तों को ऋद्धि-सिद्धि, सुख-सम्पत्ति और सद्गुण प्रदान करती हैं।
English Translation
This aarti glorifies Goddess Lakshmi, the bestower of wealth, prosperity and good fortune. Worshipped by Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva alike, she is described as the source of all riches, virtue and auspiciousness — devotees pray that wherever she resides, sorrow disappears and every good quality flourishes.
Significance
Sung daily in homes and shops for prosperity, and especially prominent during Diwali Lakshmi Puja and on Fridays which are considered dedicated to the Goddess.
How to Chant?
Light a ghee diya before Lakshmi ji’s image or idol, offer lotus flowers, sweets and coins, and sing the aarti circling the lamp; keep the main entrance and puja area clean and well-lit.
Number of Repetitions
Once daily during evening puja; repeated through the five days of the Diwali festival.
Best Time to Chant
Evening (dusk) puja, Fridays, and especially on Diwali/Sharad Purnima.
